Your interactive session will provide you with practical structures and tools to adopt a coaching approach in the workplace, including the well-known GROW model which provides a framework for conversations

  • 2.5-hours of online instructor-led training & workshop activity.

  • Action plans to ensure learning is transferred and sustainable.

Aim

This interactive session gives participants the opportunity to practice coaching in a safe environment, leaving them more confident using questioning and active listening to raise coaches ownership and self-awareness.
