Course overview

Your targeted virtual session initially explores the ways in which you have to influence without authority, understanding your objectives and the roles of stakeholders in achieving them.

You will be introduced to tools that will enable you to analyse key stakeholder relationships and priorities and strategies to select influential and appropriate communication to win their support, lobbying others where needed.

To provide you with a structured approach to preparing an influencing action plan with the emphasis on gaining commitment from people you have no authority over.
